Due to the nature of the repurposed fabrics used, some wear, tear and maybe repairs will have to be expected upon receiving your product. If you however feel as if the product you have received does not match your expectations, don't hesitate to contact returns@rtmagasin.com where your return application will be reviewed.

Made to order products are non-refundable. So make sure to doublecheck your chosen size and the measurements for it.
